Meet Our New Technical Support Staff Member

GOLDEN, Colo., Aug. 27, 2012 – Locution Systems, Inc. (www.locution.com), which offers the PrimeAlert® fire station alerting and automated 911 dispatching system for fire and EMS departments, today announced that Tony Vasquez has joined Locution Systems. Mr. Vasquez will provide engineering and technical support services for Locution Systems’  fire station alerting and automated 911 dispatching system.

Mr. Vasquez has 25 years of experience in test engineering, quality engineering, and supplier engineering. He has held software testing and engineering troubleshooting positions. For Exelis Visual Inspection Solutions of Boulder, Colo., he handled software testing. At Oracle Corporation, he also served as a test engineer. From 1994-2010, he held a variety of positions with Sun Microsystems, including test engineer and supplier quality engineer.

Mr. Vasquez has extensive experience in vendor management, LEAN manufacturing processes, ISO 9000 training, development of test documents and procedures, Linux, Windows, and Unix operating systems, hardware troubleshooting, basic network skills, set-up and testing of disk arrays, and more. He earned an associate degree in electronics from Bay Valley Technical Institute in Santa Clara, Calif.
