Locution began as customer-focused project, in direct response to a customer need. As we have grown, we have never strayed from that mindset. At the 2025 Locution User Group Conference, we will discuss how we are here to help you save lives and property, and how we can help improve the health and safety of your first responders. Everything we do starts and ends with you and your mission.
At our annual user group conference, you have the opportunity to meet directly with our product development team and other customers. This can help you optimize your system. This provides us with an opportunity to listen and learn from you. The Locution roadmap has always been driven by our customers’ needs… and executed with our relentless determination to innovate and improve.

Each year, many of our customers come to Colorado to meet with each other, meet with our development team, learn about their system and new features, communicate their requirements for future products, and… well… make new friends and have a lot of fun!
We’ll be teaching a combination of basic and advanced classes… so you can select the classes of most interest to you. You can view the current version of the 2025 Locution User Group Schedule of Classes & Events here.
Attendees book and pay for accommodations themselves, separate from the conference registration.

Dining Out In Boulder, Colorado
With so many excellent choices, making a selection can feel a bit overwhelming. To help save time (and alleviate stress), we’ve created list of a few of our favorites, all of which are just a short walk from the hotel.
Locution is located in Golden, Colorado. To accommodate the increasing number of attendees, we have moved our September 2025 User Group Meetings to Boulder, Colorado. Below are some photos of the city of Boulder and also the historic Hotel Boulderado, which will host the meetings.

User Group Resources
We often receive requests for slides shown in the training sessions. Sometimes, it is to share with colleagues back home. Sometimes, it is to be saved as reference material. Sometimes, it is used to help obtain funding to upgrade their system. Whatever the reason, we recognize the need for attendees to receive presentation materials, so we will post much of our content here following the event. Customers who registered for the User Group Conference may choose to download what they need, when they need it.
