PrimeAlert^® IP

Optimized for both speed and reliability, PrimeAlert IP can reduce call stacking during peak periods. Our high uptime server in the communication center connects via IP to servers at each station. Our audio database is at each station as well as the communication center, for redundancy and speed.

PrimeAlert^® Radio Locution Console Data Interface (LCDI)

Using a dedicated radio console, LCDI provides for intelligent routing and channel selection. Customers can create multi-selects, call alerts, and set thresholds to move to abridged mode during peak periods to maximize performance.
