Locution PrimeAlert Configurator Portal provides an intuitive view across the Prime Alert fire station alerting solution. Administrators can readily view the software levels at each station to spot discrepancies. Log files can be viewed and readily shared with Locution support.
Manager… Across the Solution
When upgraded to PrimeAlert Configurator Manager, Administrators can view configuration settings within the files. Updates can be made for the specific configuration settings for individual stations or groups of stations. Updates can also be rolled back easily.

PrimeAlert Configurator Manager enables administrators to create station groups, create users, and more to manage the system. Station settings are backed up via a hybrid cloud architecture. The system operates the same with or without cloud connectivity, but the cloud provides a key level of redundancy, as it stores all the configuration settings. This enables much faster restores should hardware need to be replaced or in case of a disaster.
