Locution pioneered full long word, natural voice for Fire Station Alerting: clear, concise, consistent and configured to you. You pick the pronunciation. You pick the order for the dispatch information. The voice database is stored at the comm center and each station for performance and reliability – always available, even if the cloud or the internet is down.
A powerful Fire Station Alerting System needs the right software to monitor and manage it. Locution’s PrimeAlert® configurability is unmatched… and customers decide how to customize and update their systems. Two versions are available:
PrimeAlert® Configuration Portal provides high level and detailed monitoring across the system.
PrimeAlert® Configuration Manager also enables customers to update individual configuration settings themselves.
Locution PrimeAlert® connects to the existing CAD. Dispatchers continue to follow their familiar process with their CAD. Once they commit, Locution then automates tasks and works them in parallel.
Audio is automated, enabling the dispatchers to focus on the caller or take another call.
The high performance architecture greatly reduces call stacking during peak periods.
