Operating at the foothills of the Colorado Rockies in Golden, CO our offices offer close proximity to South Table Mountain Trailheads and the Colorado Mills Mall.

What You’ll Do as an Accounting Assistant:

  • Bank Account Reconciliations
    • Checking
    • Savings 
    • Credit Cards
  • Financial Documents for customers 
    • W-9s
    • Sole Source Letters
    • Vendor Setup w/Customer accounts
    • ACH setup
  • Accounts Receivable
    • Customer Payments
      • Checks
      • ACH
      • Credit Cards
  • Accounts Payable 
    • Maintain vendors in accounting system
    • Receive invoices by mail/email and manage them to ensure all payments are made in a timely manner
    • write checks and mail them after getting appropriate signatures
    • Receive packing lists from Receiving Clerk and match with invoices
    • Enter receipts into the inventory system and create invoices to prepare for bill-paying
    • Work closely with Purchasing/Inventory staff to ensure that all parts are received correctly
